Half Day Intensive
(Returning clients only)
- Kick off call
- 3.5 dedicated hours for your project only
- 0.5 hours of revisions post VIP Day
- 15 days of e-mail & text support (for questions that may receive written responses or short video tutorials. E-mail support does not include additional design.)

Full Day Intensive
(Returning clients only)
- Kick off Call
- 7 hours of implementation of design projects on VIP Day
- 1 hour of revisions post VIP Day
- Access to support/documentation
- 30 days of e-mail & text support (for questions that may receive written response or short video tutorials. E-mail support does not include additional design.)

What does it include?

- Free Strategy Call or emails to ensure that I will hit the ground running and maximise our day
Additional Tweaks After our day

Once you have slept on it, you may have some final changes you would like to implement. You get a bonus hour of development or post-fix so we can make small tweaks to your website.
On the day
- A dedicated day/half day/ to tick off your list.
- Instant Feedback & Review: With immediate feedback, instant revisions and time to focus on just your project we never lose sight of your goals.
- At the end of our day, I will check all compatibility with browsers and device testing, speed things up with a little magic and connect important tools like Google Analytics. You will get a chance to view it over and sleep on it, and when you’re happy we’ll hit the launch button.
Post Support
- Following our day together, you will have 30 days to email or message me with any questions that you have about the work that I completed for you. It is my goal to empower you with the skills that you need to manage your brand and/or website on your own, so if you're stuck on how to do something, just ask!
Let's do it!
- Select your preferred day and then click on the start time of 9:00 AM, then “Submit and Next” - you will be able to choose power hour, half day or full day on the next step.
- Fill in the form fields and agree to the legal conditions then press “Submit and Next” at the bottom.
- Select the “invoice” tab to pay 50% of the deposit. If you have a code, enter the code at the check out point.

Will I need to be available during the day?
Yes, I will need you to be able to give quick feedback and answer any questions that I might have during the day.
What would the day look like?
Every VIP Day is different, depending on your priority task list.
We will start off the day with a kick off email with estimate check-in times for parts of or process. This milestone will help you to plan your day ahead.
You can expect pretty frequent communication on that day so the faster I get your feedback, the more we can accomplish during our time together.
Once we are confident we are on the right track you can relax and let me get on with it and I’ll let you know when it is ready for the feedback.
Because I will be needing your feedback throughout the day, I would recommend that you book the day when you know you can clear your schedule.
How long do I need?
Send me an email and I can estimate how long I think we need. You can always start with the lowest package and increase if the time is not enough
What happens if we need more time to finalise the work?
Prior to booking me, I recommend that we spend time together on the discovery call, where we can have a chat on the minimal viable deliveries on the day so you know what the least that you will get by the end of the day.
The completion of the work will all depend on the complexity of the site, your prompt feedback and your commitment on the day.
If we get to the end of the day and you feel like you need me to do some more work, not to worry!
You can book an extra day, or even half a day intensive so we can get to the finish line.
What does A VIP Design Intensive day look like?
Every VIP Day is different, depending on your priority task list.

What do I need to prepare?
Prior to our Design Day, I'll send you your preparation guide and content planner for you to upload before your booked date.
For branding, I'll ask you to fill in a branding brief so I get more clarity on the business and you'll also get access to my interactive moodboard mini course (don't worry - it's fun!)
For the website, you will need to prepare the following:
- Professional or stock images
- Text for the page (we will give you access to our checklist)
- Social media account links
- Branding assets
- Website Domain*
- Website Hosting**
*Domain name is the URL that you type on the internet browser to get to your website. This is where your website address. You normally pay annually for the subscription and need to be renewed to make sure you can still use the domain name.
**Website Hosting: This is the storage where you have your website built, and directed on the domain. See our hosting and care plan below.
When we work together for a day, it’s important that you show up to the day prepared with everything I’ll need in order to make it a success, and I set aside a full day dedicated to YOU, and only you.
Payment & Cancelation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book out my calendar or pay in full. The remainder is payable 24 hours before we work together.
Your payment secures the slot in my calendar and allows me to give you my undivided attention.
This also means I can't take other work. No refunds are available from the time of booking. Additionally, no refunds are considered during or after the project period.
If you need to change the date, you can change it once by checking my availability on the website and let me know at least 7 days before the design day.
Please note that I am often booked out so this will affect your timeline.
